The Art Hotel, a 165 room boutique hotel, revolves around the concept of showcasing framed views in the rooms portal windows. The nine-story mixed-use building consists of a boutique hotel, 50,388 sf of office space, and retail / office / showroom space. The design leverages the hotel’s proximity to the Denver Art Museum by fashioning hotel public spaces as galleries where both permanent and revolving exhibits will be displayed.
