Coming from the standard closed office environment with all offices on the exterior and no natural light for employees, Shea Properties was ready for a change. From their first meeting is was apparent they were ready to break out of their current mold and create a space that was energetic, inspiring, functional, and most importantly, jolly. They now have an office space that is lively, bright, and inviting.
